I had put off buying for so long due to the rumors of how horrible it was due to the paper work and questions. Without a doubt, this team made my experience wonderful; everything was great, and if I ever had a question, all I had to do was message or call and would have an answer from someone within minutes. They reached out to me often to check up on things and to make sure I didn't have questions. I will 100% use Veterans United again and recommend everyone to it. I have been very impressed working with Veterans United. My real estate broker said I had one of the lowest interest rates she has seen for a while, and she was also impressed with how easy it was to work with the team assigned to help me get to a smooth closing. I have also been very happy with how simple it was to upload documents and sign through the VU portal, and I used the app as well to stay on top of my To-Do items.
The entire process was seamless. The agents were all transparent and very informative, answering any and all questions I had.
