When I started this home buying adventure I was not expecting a whole team to guide me through the process, but I’m glad they were there. Sometime or another they all answered my questions along the way. I can’t say enough about how AWESOME everyone was.
My first time buying a home, well it wasn't what I thought it would be.. Right after getting my credit fixed I got pre-approved! That was great, then things started going down hill. We were given a bunch of things to do, given different options. Did them, still wasn't enough. Told a bunch of different things to do and what was going on. I didn't feel included in anything, even though it's my loan..
Days before closing then something else randomly pops up yet again..
Now we're to do the day we were supposed to close, and nope not happening because even though my bank told them I had access to the closing cost funds they didn't approve that. Had to close later. THEN! AFTER ALL THE STRESS AND RUNAROUND, we finally close BUT, they apparently didn't know we had a POA so we had to recluse basically causing us to have another $800 to add to closing cost.. obviously more happened but those are my key points. My husband and I both agree, if we are ever in the market to buy another home we will not be using Veterans United
