Closing took a week longer than planned/expected but when it came down to the wire it happened. Quickly. Also, once the final push started, this is where Jon shined!! His communication was rapid and to the point but also chock full of information.

If I can leave you with one thing that stood out the most to me it would be the lack of communication between the lender and my real estate agent. I tried to use the chain of command and go to him first for information to reduce the strain and workload of my loan officer but Mr Tobias was not informed of very much. I think veterans united could really increase their turn over rate and overall satisfaction by providing adequate and timely information across the board to all parties involved. Thank you for your time and services! I sincerely appreciate all that was done to make my experience better!
