Veterans United and specifically Jared B. Made my first time home buying experience a great one. Jared and his team are great people to work with. They explained everything in great detail which I very much appreciated because I did not have any idea where to start or how to start. If I could shout to the world how amazing Veterans United is I absolutely would! I will be referring everyone I know to go with Veterans United ALWAYS!
The communication was terrible. Not so much with Aaron but Jeremy was terrible. His communication was horrendous. We never got all the information when we needed to, and that caused delays more than a once. Not just us who thought this, the legal teams and the insurance representative all had the same complaints.

I personally wanted everything to be front-loaded so that everything could be taken care of as soon as possible, and to be given the freedom to openly express relevant concerns. I also enjoy personnel that can handle the brash and informal manner in which I conduct my own affairs. The team to which I was assigned exceeded my expectations by a mile. Patient, open with communication, and able to simplify things while adapting to any knowledge I already had. Incredible work all around. No complaints.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
