The entire team was very thorough with all the paperwork needed as well as very reachable to answer any questions I had along the way.
Everyone was over-the-top friendly, diplomatic, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that the loan went through and that ultimately I would be able to close on the home I wanted. I can not give enough thanks to everyone who had a part. And Adam was very understanding at a time when I thought about looking at NFCU for the loan. When it didn't work out with NFCU, Adam and the team welcomed me back with open arms, and that's what truly sold me. So I want to make sure that instances like these are well noted and shared. VU ,lies and scams from start to finish.in cahoots with all involved in purshasing home. Make quick record oďf all documents, they will disappear. Get you own inspector and apraiser . I was made to pay for repair on the home i evn red the closer document. There no such thing as little to no closing cost. It drwill cost you thousand. Its a scam and fraud and they will lie cheat and give you a run around list.

I also want to clarify that a VA appraisal is intended to assess the property’s value and certain minimum property requirements based on what is observable. It isn’t a substitute for a comprehensive home inspection, which is why an independent home inspection is recommended.
