Difficulty reaching loan officer for several days at a time. Other than that, excellent service, and I got a loan with a competitive rate. Couldn't really ask for much more.
Brad Mendosa was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He helped us with every question we had and was always incredibly responsive. We ran into some unexpected issues with closing because of a hurricane, but somehow Brad made it all happen and got us to the finish line! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
