The loan we had was a difficult loan in that it took so long. And in the nine months of waiting we had to keep doing new paperwork. That was hard considering we didn't want to do things electronically. Kelsey and John Kirby worked with us the best they could, but sometimes I could tell Kelsey was exasperated with us and the process. Glad it is done.
Sometime, all the stress of all the trouble not related to these folks just overwhelmed me but they did a great job of reassuring me that it would all work out. They listened!
Craig and the team were great, and the process was pretty smooth throughout. We purchased without a realtor and they helped me with any questions I had.
