Buying a home can be stressful, but having a loan officer who communicates well and stays on top of everything makes a huge difference.
We are happy, but for my wife it was a process working third shift but she communicated when she could even at odd hours and veterans United worked with her and the hours she worked. She done most all of it where my hands are so cripple with Rheumatoid Arthritis. We are thankful for Chris and Patrick, and the rest of our team we had to go through the home buying process. We both found the home we wanted and Veterans United helped us make it happen! They explained everything in great detail which I very much appreciated because I did not have any idea where to start or how to start. I would not recommend because the things VU does for returning customers is very lack luster. Almost all competitors offered more $ and lower interest. After all the homes we have purchased, it was very disappointing to get less and less back as a returning customer.

Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! We couldn't be happier with Veterans United and I will do my best to tell others about you every chance I get! THANK YOU!

Because, they understand what you are going through as a veteran and are extremely gentle and easy on the mind, while going through the necessary steps of purchasing a home!
First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

Chase at veterans united was great. His team got us through our first home buying process smoothly and they were on top of everything. We closed on a house in less than a month. My time was very limited because of my job. They made it easy for the documentation and very good communication. I’d recommend anyone to them and would do it all over again with them without question!
