The process from pre-approval to preceding was great, until the reduction in VA appraisal value changed the game and the seller and HOA management started to play non disclosure of closing cost at the last minute. This affected my closing cost. I was not happy about that.
The whole team who helped my family and I find our forever home was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a home. Hands down they had our SIX.
