I was so fearful when starting the process to buy a home. I was afraid of being disappointed with being turned down. All of my fears were put to rest after the first call from Veterans United. I was treated with such respect and personal care. It was like having a friend holding my hand through the whole process. They even provided a beautiful care package for our fur baby Foxy. Can't wait to proudly wear my t-shirt.

During my initial meeting with Clay, he was both very personable and highly professional. He and Abby kept me engaged by promptly responding to their requests and regularly updating me on the progress. Even when we encountered obstacles, Clay was diligent in resolving issues, going as far as organizing a three-way conference call with me, him, and VA when he wasn't getting the answers he needed. Abby also ensured I responded promptly to requests for documents and verifications. Although it was a tedious process, their patience paid off, and they ultimately saw it through to success.
