I was so fearful when starting the process to buy a home. I was afraid of being disappointed with being turned down. All of my fears were put to rest after the first call from Veterans United. The paperwork was exceptionally simple. The VU agents were very knowledgeable, friendly, & easy to work with. The agent that was my primary contact, Justin Wandel, was an excellent sales rep who explained details in a very easy to understand way.
The loan officer, Stephanie was excellent. She texted me and was as sent emails and phone calls. I would recommend her to my friends if they are looking for a new home.
