

It was a little bit hairy at the end. There was some miscommunication between the title company and the loan company and it resulted in a significant backup for moving, and that created an issue with loss of work hours for that day.

The team that worked with me was amazing. I am overseas and was able to close on my first home. This team bent over backwards to work on my schedule, which I assure you was not easy as I was a day ahead. Thank you for taking my worries and walking me through the steps to close on my first home.

My experience couldn't of been nicer, easier or better. Tyler & Micheal were very good at helping me through all the procedures & paperwork signing (with DocuSign). They went over everything with me every step of the way; I could call, text or email them anytime to ask a question if I had one. They kept me continuously informed of the progress, and always asked me if I had any questions or concerns along the way. Couldn't of went smoother

My loan has already been sold off, also my loan was changed during the process further delaying the closing. Apparently these people had no idea what they were doing.
