From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Blake and the VU team were so professional but also personal during an exciting home buying journey that could have otherwise been an intimidating ordeal. The App was a great tool to watch my progress and expectations.
