Buying this home was a very smooth process. Initially, we were inundated by emails from the various VU departments trying to do their jobs. It became difficult to keep up. I contacted Phil Stroessner and from then on he managed the communications…much better! Please understand I am not criticizing any of the VU staff-they were all very professional- just the process needed tweaking.
