Ryan, Shelby, Natalie and the rest of the teams was professional and extremely knowledgeable of all the steps to go from contract to closing. I have bought many houses due to moving for work but this was the first time I used Veteran’s United. The experience with VU far exceeds any other mortgage company I have used. While I hope this is the last house I buy for a long time, if I do then I will 100% use VU again! Too many people in the team, constant pointless emails from random team members, the to do list is annoying. The insurance side of the company ghosted me causing me to miss my close date and my last VA loan went a 100 times smoother. I will be refinancing as soon as it makes sense to and I will not be using veterans united.
