Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! My loan team did a phenomenal Job!
One person should work with your case and not several individuals that don’t communicate properly. This process became more stressful due to a breakdown in communication between myself and staff. Forms were needed by one person and turned in then the other requested the same thing because they didn’t do what they were supposed to and check before requesting the same thing.
Then on top of that they would request something and neglect to say what else is needed.
The process is what is frustrating and can be stressful but the team really helped me through it and we’re more than patient with me my realtor and were understanding of ones situation.
First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
