Kecia, Blair, Noelle, and Camron were great. They did not hound me about documents needing to be submitted. They ensured everything was to my liking. Kecia huge shout out to you for your patience and time. Blair gave me some wonderful info on homeownership, Noelle ensured all paperwork was in on time and the boat moved how it should. Camron double check all numbers for best rates and made sure I got them. Wonderful team. 10s. Whoever read this need to give all them a round of applause 👏
I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month. I would recommend every Veteran looking to purchase a home, contact the VU Team!
I cant even leave a -10 because every single thing about my transaction was a literal nightmare, closing was postponed 4x, told one thing and then another back to back, had to wait on so many people to be out of office, team had a terrible attitude when the issues were THEIR fault, and then left out important information about closing costs that caused the sellers to get into a heated argument with us AT CLOSING over how terrible the experience has been. they turned something that should have been the best moment of my life into THE WORST experience ever.
