The whole process was so smooth! We closed in 16 days because of how smooth everything was and how on the ball everyone was. Anytime I texted or called my man Steve was right there to answer. I mean there was no time between me reaching out and Steve answering. No matter how silly or small my questions were answered and my paperwork looked over. There were times that communication was not as clear as it should have been been or needed to be to accomplish the task and there was a lack of understanding about availability of this client to resources at times creating frustration and and appearance to others that the client was not responding to the Loan Officer /team which created a negative representation with the realtor/team who is known to the Veteran's family. This was distasteful and irritating.
