We had our original lender fall through just a week before closing. We had previously gotten pre-approved through VU, so my realtor suggested reaching out to them again as a last-ditch effort. We worked with Don Smith's team, and they were outstanding! They even price-matched the previous lender's interest rate with no out-of-pocket costs to us. They were able to close our manufactured home in just 16 days! They were professional, easy to get a hold of, communicated well, and just fast overall. They took each new hurdle in stride and really fought for us. When it comes to Don's team, I would choose to work with them time and time again. Without them, we wouldn't have our house now.
VU was patient with me during my undecided era - and once I was ready, They made it a breeze! Everyone kept in touch and communicated well, it felt like I was working with friends.
