Veterans United and specifically Jared B. Made my first time home buying experience a great one. Jared and his team are great people to work with. They explained everything in great detail which I very much appreciated because I did not have any idea where to start or how to start. If I could shout to the world how amazing Veterans United is I absolutely would! I will be referring everyone I know to go with Veterans United ALWAYS!
Unfortunately, our experience with this lending company was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Communication was consistently poor, and there were multiple instances where we were told things that were either inaccurate or seemed to change depending on who we spoke with. This created unnecessary confusion and stress during an already stressful process. We frequently felt as though we were being asked to provide or explain things that had already been addressed, and getting clear, consistent answers was incredibly difficult.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of professionalism in some of the interactions. We experienced communication that came across as rude and dismissive, and our realtor was also treated in a way that we felt was unnecessarily disrespectful and unprofessional. Our realtor worked extremely hard to keep everything moving and should not have had to deal with that type of communication.
Buying a home is a major financial decision, and you should be able to trust your lender to communicate clearly, provide accurate information, and work professionally with everyone involved in the transaction. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
We are thankful the process is finally behind us, but based on our experience, I would not recommend this lending company. The entire process caused far more frustration and stress than it should have.

Amanda was phenomenal
Veterans United was fantastic. It comes down to the team and this company hires great people that care. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They even sent a package after we moved in for my family (items I mentioned our child enjoyed and even small things for our animal famil members).
Victoria was diligent. I know she has a lot going on. I wished I had more contact with her, but her workload makes it understandable. Overall she was caring and patient.
Very smooth process, I knew very little about the home buying process and every department was very present, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The team really looks out for you. Kenny is the man!

Outstanding from beginning to end
Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! We couldn't be happier with Veterans United and I will do my best to tell others about you every chance I get! THANK YOU!

My real estate agent Saundra was so attentive to my wife and I needs and was upfront whether it was good news or bad news. I always felt in-the-know when it came to the status of my purchase.
