Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! He always had my back when things looked tough, and somehow Jake found a way to solve the all the tough situations. Mason, loan coordinator, was a hard worker and also great at solving possible problems. Brian, my agent, was very patient and considerate during our special house hunting. I'm very appreciative because eventually we found what we wanted. Terrill was resourceful and always ready to make our home search successful. Like Jake, the entire team was hard working, great problem solvers, considerate, great at attention to details and at acquiring discounts and benefits for us. I personally had many obstacles to overcome during my underwriting process, and Casey was incredible during it all. Very near to the end, I found out my pay once I moved to Kansas would be dramatically less than I was lead to believe by the company I work for. We added my wife very late and Casey handled it like a pro. We had her information in and any obstacles we had to handle taken care of in no time flat. Not only that, but my wife and I are expecting. They sent us a bib with our sons first and middle name on it, a baby book, and some treats for our animals. I would give them 100 people’s worth of 5 stars if I could. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

They were very helpful and explained everything. If I was unclear on something they explained it so I understood everything. Very personable and friendly. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and tell people I don’t know about them.
Megan was great. She answered all my questions and was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Jordan was very unresponsive when it came to asking her questions or just trying to get into contact with her. There was a lot of last minute stuff that had to be taken care of that was causing some issues and frustration.
