I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month. Dealing with a VA loan is difficult and a lot of sellers did not want to deal with me at all because of using one. That being said, having everything on an app with veterans United made the process simple. They dealt with me when my credit score was barely passable and gave me the national average interest rate. If you're going to use a VA loan, veterans United is definitely an option that makes things simple for first-time buyers. They'll help you, at the very least, get your foot in the door.
