This was my second time using Veterans United to purchase my homes. Both times the process went smoothly as I was guided step by step on what my responsibilities were in working towards closure. A huge shout out to Ryan Cannon my loan officer who made me feel comfortable throughout the purchasing of my recent home. He definitely is a God send and the best loan officer to work with. He gets 5 stars from me.

This is the 3rd time we have turned to Will and his team for our VA home loans. Every time the communication between us and his team was nothing short than superb! His team was always available to answer any and all of our questions with minimal turnaround time. Definitely will be back again as the team feels like our all star team!

They kept in touch constantly. Even though I asked the same question 3 times, they still answered with a smile in their tone.
Overall the team did a great job in delivering top notch service. The only hiccup throughout the process is that documents I signed for Veterans United disappeared from my portal and I was unable to view them once signed. I think there should be a section where you can view completed documents and not edit them, so you're able to keep track of things as you go. Other than that, the process went extremely well without any hiccups.

Let’s cause a little commotion for BRANDON WILLIS! Words can’t express how Brandon was able to relate to me as a Veteran like none other.
