I was a little nervous to buy a house. Everybody was completely open and honest, and straight to the point. I really didn’t have to do anything, except for the “to do” list which was way too easy Communication was clear and concise. Everyone was always in touch just to let me know every single little step of the way. I highly recommend to all of my veteran friends and anyone I talk to.

We were looking for a house back in March and wanted a VA loan. Some how we hooked into Veterans United and got a call from Misty Ransdell. After telling her we had a real estate agent already she said if we needed any help to just give her a call. Well when it came time to get the loan for the house we wanted we were being pushed into something that wasn't for us. So we called Misty(she was on vacation but still took our call) she told us she would contact her team to help us till she got back. We hooked up with her team and started the loan going. When she got back from vacation she took over and got us into this house so fast we could hardly pack fast enough. We were informed all the way through with all the team members doing their part. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend to any Veteran needing home loan. 5 stars +.
