my family and I are beyond grateful for the care and the overall genuine experience shown to us by our team at VU. we have been through a lot together and we finally made it. It seems like being part of a bigger family to have somebody in our corner at all times thank you to everybody at veterans United and from all of us in the Roman family we thank you.

I’ve only bought and will most likely, will only buy with Veterans United. You care and it shows. I greatly appreciate the efforts put forth to get my family in safe, beautiful and affordable homes.Thank you!

Joe, Nick, Cyleste, Anthiny and the entire team were incredible to work with throughout this. No matter what happened on our end tbey were of the "that's no problem" we'll move on mode. I don't want to move again, but if I had to these are the people I would want to work with.

I did 20 yrs in the Navy and have bought. Any homes over the years. This has been my best experience to date

VU is great! the teamwork is amazing and patience with new clients is undeniable. I do plan on using VU again for future home purchases

This was a very difficult process for us die to the seller, the whole team at Veterans United helped us navigate it with as much ease as we could. Thank you all so much for everything you have done.

We used Justin Darr in buying our first home and then we called on him for our second home and both times he was always there to help us. We would recommend him and his team to all my veterans that are looking to buy a home Again Thank you

At first i didn't believed that Veterans United could help me because of my credit and people always saying they help but always have there own gimmick's or motives. Veterans United has no Gimmick's or Motives. If you do what they ask they will do there best to get you where you need to be.

Jeff and his team made our home buying process through the VA effortless and stress free. I would recommend anyone to them and am very grateful.

Lack of communication between my lender and underwriter made this process more stressful than it needed to be. When we couldn’t get in touch with them when someone finally responded there was no remorse about delays in communication. I would not recommend using veterans united to a friend or battle buddy.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Dylan,
I’m really sorry our communication fell short and added stress to your homebuying experience. That’s the last thing we want for our borrowers. I understand how important timely and clear communication is, especially when it comes to something as significant as buying a home.
My team would like to learn more about what happened so we can make improvements on our end. If you’re willing, please reach out to us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’d appreciate the chance to talk through this with you.

A major over sight was qualifying for the VA loan was done way to late in the process and should have been done first things. I was repeatedly asked for the same documents and to re verify items repeatedly.
Although i unfortunately fell threw a crack and was being left feeling dis regarded for only being a member of the national guard and reserves and full filling my contract obligations in full and for to term of my military contract. This often happens for guard members which is upsetting considering the national guard pre dates all other military branches and was established prior the revolutionary war. The national guard as deployed to every this country has ever been in. But as a veteran of this same guard i was left and in the wind.
Over all thank you for help with what you could.
