The entire process was basically as painless as it could be.
The only issue I had at all during this entire process was lack of communication from Shelbi. There were many times where myself and my realtor would call her and leave a voicemail and not hear back from her. I’m not saying that she isn’t good at her job and I understand that she has a lot going on, but that would be one area that needs to be improved and growth is important.
First time home buyers and the team was amazing! Communication was great from the very beginning until we closed. They answered all our questions and were helpful on homebuying journey.
I would recommend this team to anyone wanting to purchase a home. This team is unstoppable. They made me feel comfortable and at ease all the way up to my closing day. Just an Awesome experience
