Always ensuring we were up to date and confident in our decisions, never steering us to do something, but making sure we made the right decision by ensuring we knew everything we possibly could, made this such an amazing buying experience! We lost my grandfather right after we made an offer on our first home, and our team at VU made an impression on me that I couldn't describe. When we got home from my grandfather's funeral, on our doorstep was a wind-chime that has the beginning notes of Amazing Grace with a card. They found the last tear I had that day. I can never get over our experience with VU, we were told horror stories about the VA home-buying process, but none of it is true with Veteran's United! I wasn't quite ready to buy a house at that point, but Jacob kept in touch with me, offering me information and support.
