I am a Female Veteran of the United States Air Force. Single mom of two. It has been a hard 3 years. As a result of COVID people were being displaced and not able to afford the new rent hikes. I am one of those people. It was time to make a discission for me and my families future. Generational Wealth is something I stand by. I am so thrilled at the peace I have now as a Home Owner. I was not sure it would be possible but I was going to do everything I could to make it happen. With the help of Ross and the Underwriting Team, I am now a Home Owner and it feels great. Ross really went to bat for me and I would recommend him as a person who will get you to home ownership. We had to broker the deal without the help of a real-estate agent so it was a tough go. Ross made sure I did not give up and me and my family thank him for that.

The loan assumption process went as smooth as it could and the team was great. It was the aftermath that I am still dealing with. The discrepancies in payments causing a late fee and unnecessary confusion. And then insurance lapse during the period that I didn't even own a home. What is going on United Veterans? I bet none of you even know.
