This was our second time working with Veterans United and it was just as wonderful. Carl was great as usual, but this time we also got to work with Candace and she was amazing! We really appreciated how well she communicated with us and the way she remembered little details about our family. After closing we went by our new home and there was a lovely package from VU waiting for us. We highly recommend VU!!!

Our loan officer Chris overall seemed to know the business; however, it would be appreciated not to give political opinions when asking about things like interest rates. He also seemed to have an edge that leaned towards defensiveness when a couple things came up. It just wasn't as collaborative to work with him as others on the team.Nico the assistant was over-the-top responsive, trying to help when he could. Thank you.

Dalton was always there with the information that was needed at the time. He always let me know what was coming up just like when he brought Richard onto the team.
