I feel like the Concierge should be optional. I didn't get much value added from the occasional Concierge calls that felt purely connective/social - but Jared is great at making it feel like you're part of the family. Again - I didn't really know what service/part of the process the Concierge was supposed to provide, etc etc etc
What We liked the more about VU, was they were never to busy to answer questions we had. Our loan officer, Ben, was always encouraging, especially when we would get out bid for several homes. In conclusion, we needed a company like VU, and they are truly a blessing.
The Veterans United Team was Outstanding! They took the time to explain everything, and were even there to answer any off the wall questions that I had. Very knowledgeable at every aspect of the home buying experience. Agent was top notch and handled every bit of crazy we threw his way. Would 100% recommend!
