The process of buying a home through Veterans United was so smooth. Everything is kept up to date using their processing system. They send you emails to let you know your current status and will even follow up after closing.
As a first time (nervous) homebuyer, the process was incredibly easy with communication from both Derek and Matt. I appreciated that Matt often called to go over things with me instead of through email. I felt as if I had known and worked with them before because they kept the experience personal. Veterans United understands the VA loan process better than any other company out there. I have had numerous VA loans over many years, This was by far the best experience I have had. Plus, my situation was unique in that I already had a VA loan and was looking for an additional loan at the same time. They made it happen quickly.
