I couldn’t ask for a better experience than I have with Veterans United! The main person I worked with was Schandler. He checked in on me, updated me as we went along, answered all my questions, responded back right away. The process between VU, Infinity, my realtor etc.. has been a very smooth process. I had no stress during purchasing my home. I couldn’t be happier & I’m happy to recommend VU to anyone!!

The LO was great on the front end. But when we got closer to closing and waiting on the clear to close - communication was vague and it was difficult to know if we were going to be clear in time. I called and left messages, and did not receive calls back. This really came down to the wire on timing and it was of no fault of the buyers. Communication was terrible in the end.
This was the best experience. It was more than I expected and exactly what I needed. Thank you, Dustin and the team!
