VU was recommended to me by one of my co workers because I was having difficulty finding a lender. From the moment I signed up I had an outstanding experience with everyone on my team. They never left me unheard even if I had stupid or repetitive questions for something I didn’t understand.I would recommend VU time and time again.

The beginning was great. Everything moves so quickly but towards the end, my team lost all contact with me for 2 to 3 weeks. I left messages emails. They said my file got erased and they had no way to contact me the date of closing, but still documents also weren’t filled out properly, the ones that were filled out we weren’t 100% accurate and it made it a complete mess. Very stressful towards the end and closing day

Aside from Veterans United this was a challenging process. Derek and Alyssa were the most reliable of everyone involved! When a hurdle arose, they were rock solid in supporting us pass them. I am so glad thew were on my team!

Overall experience was very disappointing. Lack of communication with the loan team, hard to reach at time and repetitive document request. Closing day was delayed by 2 days.

Hanna and the team were AMAZING! They made purchasing our home a great experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere and having great communication throughout the whole process. We all worked as a team and if we ever purchase another home in the future I already have Hanna’s number saved in my contacts so she’s just a click away. We recommend Hanna and Veterans united ONE HUNDRED PERCENT.
