Our application process started right about the time that the world was faced with COVID-19, which forced the office staff to work from home. Even with this challenge, they never skipped a beat. Their client service maintained at an exceptional level. The online application process was very organized, instructions were very clear. And if you ever have a question, you can call them and always speak to your lender and not a call center. Veterans United went above and beyond what my expectations of customer service is really about. They were able to answer all my questions and they even sent me updated information as my loan went through its process. They even send me a list for all my new house bills and who to contact for them. They made sure I was set up with the right agent. And made sure that we were happy with everything.
