The whole experience was great with our team! When we asked questions or had concerns, they made us feel comfortable making sure we understood their answers. It was less stressful knowing they were there guiding us along the way. Everyone we talked to had good spirit and great customer service. Each person was authentic in their own way which we loved. Everyone there made the loan process easy. Had to find a lot of information, but it was all laid out and was easily uploaded.
Personally I felt like I was being targeted by the underwriter (possibly because I am a conservative Christian) The degree of inspection & verification for any personal transaction I made was uncalled for - especially in light of my contribution was more than my loan - The collateral was more than twice your risk - I felt harassed .
