My experience as a first time homeowner with Veteran's United has been amazing.My loan officer Scott Davis is incredible..He worked extremely hard to make sure I got the clear to close to surprise my wife for her birthday..Which was the best gift ever!!! Scott was always courteous and respectful .He was always attentive to any questions or concerns I had..which was a lot..being this was my first experience..lol Thank you for making this dream a reality for me and my family!!!!
The overall communication and experience with the loan team was a breath of fresh air. Before reaching out to VU, we had a negative experience with Navy Federal, where communication was non-existent. Everyone at VU was personable, patient, and helpful.
