Amazing!!! I have no words to express how smooth was everything, I think I only received a phone call once (I rather be contacted by email than calls) and that’s it! I have the house I always dream about!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! For sure I will tell my others Active Duty friends to contact Michael Dapkus and his team if they are thinking about buying a house!! No words.. I would recommend Chris for any hierarchy position in a company I owned as this man takes his work very seriously and it is very evident in his work and compassion for the customer. In the United States Navy there are core values such as Honor, Courage, and Commitment. Chris has demonstrated all of these values to me as I would demonstrate them to any of my subordinates in the Navy, as well as my superiors demonstrated to me in my time serving this great country. Chris demonstrated Honor in his honesty to me, never once did I feel as if I were lied to, which is very hard to find in a company/ employee nowadays. Chris demonstrated courage in not being afraid to contact outside, as well as, inside entities and ensure the process of home buying would move along in the proper direction ( within his limitations ) of a home buying experience. Chris also demonstrated commitment most of all as he was fully committed to me and making sure I was satisfied and the most informed that I could possibly be throughout the entire process.
