I have worked with other mortgage companies in the past, I will tell you veterans mortgage is in another class by itself! You can basically keep doing what you do without any interruption, Its like just sit back and they will do the rest, I am so happy and satisfied I closed on the exact date they said as long as you do your part. I will never use another mortgage company I mean that!!!
Joel was amazing! He answered all of our questions, even when there was my husband, other family members or myself asking. He stayed in touch with us and kept us on the right track during the paperwork process after we found the home we wanted. Organized and very knowledgeable on the whole VA portion. Love the whole team they give you Makes things easy. The website to upload your documents is really easy give you directions and easy to get answers from your team thank you.
Overall a good process that was simple to do. The tedious part was getting our builder VA approved. We had never gone through that process before so we had to fill out paperwork several times because it was incorrect or missing information we knew nothing about. At one point we felt out of the loop with any updates, but when we called they answered our questions.
This is the best experience I have every had in purchasing a home and this is my third time buying a home.
