I had the BEST experience Working with VU! I have tried working with other lender before and none of them helped me the way VU and their team did! I can only hickory recommend VU and would do it all over again, anytime!
Thank you to the whole team of VU for helping my family and our dream of a new home come true!

This is by far the best loan company I have ever worked with! So quick and everyone went above and beyond to help us! And everyone we spoke to was courteous and respectful. Do not hesitate to give them a call!

Veterans United has aided our home purchases and refinancing 4 times. We have no qualms recommended them to anyone. My son-in-law and daughter are your customers based on your treatment of us. Thanks.

I started my loan process with Carma and Veterans United on June 8, 2020 and became a happy home owner on July 14, 2020. I could have closed sooner but my employeer delayed the process by not sending documentation in a timely manner. Veterans United made this process easy. You can use the website day or night to check the status of your loan process.

I called to see if I qualified and six weeks later I closed on a home. They are very polite and will answer all questions. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them.

I recommend the Team for their service. The only recommendation would be to help the veteran with a lower rate possible, without having to negotiate from outside lenders. Their hard work and dedication set them apart.

Both my husband and myself are veterans, he was ARMY and I was in the best branch of the world NAVY (He, he, he). First thing I would tell you is to get educated before starting the process. Know that no matter how in love you are with a house, if it doesn't pass inspection it is equivalent to a BAD MARRIAGE...WALK AWAY! Know what you are responsible for paying and what you should not pay. Always do a home inspection, it may break your heart... but will save your a$$ (sorry I'm a sailor). And #1 piece of advise, work closely with your loan officer... don't be scared to ask questions. Veterans United placed us with the most patient and knowledgeable team (We love you Adam! I miss you Heather!) that I could have asked for. They don't replace your responsibility to get educated about VA loans yourself, they make the process easier. And my last piece of advice... stick to a home that is from 1-5 yrs. old. This will allow you a minimum of 10-15 years of life to your roof, a/c, and septic; you will still have a good 10 years of builders warranty and you save about 7k on new construction impact fees. Now GO GET THAT HOME!!! Fair winds and following seas my brothers and sisters.
