Overall it’s a great program, more coordination is needed between departments at Veterans United. I would recommend this company to any veteran. I’m so happy with my new home.
Veterans United is a blessing for Veterans seeking a home. Our experience may not be the same as with some of the other members of their team since I have heard many good story's, but we had a somewhat rocky experience but in the end we were able to close on time. I believe that communication could be improved upon and transparency in the entire process could improve as well. We are thankful that we now have a home and that is because of Veterans United so regardless of the path to that we are happy with the outcome.

Only hang up was trying to get documents to the notary as I was forward deployed. It was difficult as to be expected. Veterans United along with Travis and Alex powered through, and still was able to make the refinance happen.
