painful process. was without a computer, requested several items be mailed. required several reminders to have paperwork mailed. communication between your processors and insurance reps, bad.

As a first time homebuyer in the PNW the market was very intimidating and faced paced. At first I was worried that VU would be impersonal or slow to respond being online only. In fact it was the total opposite. My team was there whenever I needed them at any time, even though they weren’t local it’s like they were always in the same room. The online nature of VU makes everything, especially the plethora of paperwork that goes along with buying a home, very easy to deal with. Being in a National pandemic didn’t hinder the process at all, they’re very well versed in anything to do with the VA Loan process and worked excellently with my realtor and myself. I’ve already recommended VU to other veterans I know.
I was not sure if I would be as elated as the others who have written reviews. However after going through the home buying process with Veterans United, I have nothing but praise, gratitude and sincerely calm appreciation for the way that they handled the entire process.
