The closing loan officer Jake Walker did not answer most of my calls. It was hard asking for questions.
Our overall experience from pre approval to closing was GREAT! Would be happy to recommend this Tom and Corey to any friends or family looking for a home loan or refinance. They are very professional and efficient while still leaving your feeling like family.
Jackie Branscum is brilliant, and totally deserves praise for well she communicates and supported me through the process.

I believe that my loan was a bit difficult for anyone. My last loan was taken out in 1983 and I'm still stuck in the 60s. So Tim had his hands full, along with Diana. They were VERY patient with me and earned their pay. 10 plus all the way!
