Being a first time home buyer I knew absolutely nothing , but the agents at veterans United walk me through each and every step and explained everything to me it was such a wonderful and easy process . I recommend veterans did Nied it to anyone who is looking to purchase a home !!
Shawn, Rainn, and Craig were an amazing team to work with. They made the process seamless and made us feel like a priority. My husband and I were so grateful to have such an amazing team for our first home purchase.
Overall this system For buying a home is broke and needs to be revamped to assist the Veterans that you so proudly claim to support in your commercials and advertisements. Feel free to call me about any of the topics I brought up today. I could go on and on but the bottom line is this is just another Army process that don’t hold anyone accountable for their actions. It so good to know that there are those who are truly focused on assisting military veterans to be successful in our goals. I can't say enough how blessed we were working with Veterans United. We actually started with them in 2016. They walked us through every step of the way. They never gave up on us as we were setting a goal and we were given a strategy in order to get to our goal of being a homeowner.
As this is our first home, Jared our loan officer, was there by our side especially during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. We thought our efforts were lost but he worked with us every step of the way and never gave up on us. He advised us on our next step, what we will be looking at, and more. I never forget those short spurted calls my wife would make to him; is that right, or should I do this, what about if... Lol. Jared never thought it was a bother, rather was invested in making sure we succeeded.When Jared referred us to Frank Goehringer our real estate agent, it was a match made! Frank was always informative, making sure we got the right home that was best for us, and not to mention the late hours of texting and calls. Lol! My wife and loved every moment of it! They say purchasing a home can be a stressful time. However, with the guidance of Frank, and not to mention our man Juan Pulido, real estate agent (who also stayed up many late nights with us) it only took us a short time to get the house we felt was right for us. Due to COVID-19, we had to change some norms but Frank made it work with new technology and of course, it was all about the customer experience. I absolutely RECOMMEND Frank Goehringer to assist any of you.
