I have used Veterans United three times and each time has been nothing but excellent. My loan officer is always very responsive and super helpful.
It was hard for us old geezers sending everything electronically at first, but it got a little easier as we got used to it. Overall, we were pleased with the smoothness of the whole process.
On active duty, one becomes accustomed to the military's professionalism and commitment to the mission. In my dealings with Veterans United, I genuinely have to say that it was refreshing to experience that same professionalism and dedication to the mission in a company outside of the military. Therefore, to all those Veterans United employees that took part in the execution of my loan, I salute you. Job well done!
I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran who is planning to purchase a home. A VA loan in itself has so many advantages over a traditional mortgage and Veterans United made the whole transaction seamless. We ran into issues along the way with the seller, Veterans United was extremely flexible, without them, I'm not sure we would have followed through with the purchase. Even our lawyer stated that United Veterans was easier to work with than most mortgage companies.

I read the reviews and comments before I called Veterans United. Everybody had different experiences. I'm just glad I called and my VU team was able to take good care of me and my son through this process.
Working with Veteran's United was a smooth process. Of course there was hiccups but their team always assured us it will be ok and consistently followed up with us. They assign you a realtor if you don't already have one. I thought that was awesome. I had a small hiccup with my realtor and Veterans United jumped on the issue. They also make sure you are paired up with the right realtor for you and your family.
Very friendly, and responsive staff. I will be going through Veterans United for all my home loan needs in the future.

Veterans United worked so well with us in buying the house. We had a lot of questions and all were answered with such professionalism. They were so patient and made us feel like they wanted us to have a home. We did do a couple of bids but when we found the one we wanted they worked so hard to make it happen, and it did. I certainly appreciate all they did for us.
