I did my research and got quotes and investigated the top 5 listed mortgage companies. Veterans United offering was better, bottom line. However, knowing the experience I had I would not have hesitated had they been in line with other Mortgage companies, they were that good! Highly recommend! In fact, I have already recommended Bill Bales (Loan Specialist) to my son-in-law.

Veterans United provided us with the best rate and we're super excited. We had a little rough patch at the beginning of the loan process with our Loan Officer but got better over time. I would recommend VUHL to all my fellow veterans for a smooth application process and closing of your new home.
Communication was spotty at times, but I'm sure there are reasons for this.
