Katie Willis was our loan specialist, we feel as though she made this experience very stressful and was poor at communicating with us thus bringing us down to the wire in closing our home loan on time. Yes we did close on time however we were down to hours wondering if it was going to happen at all. I feel the break down of communication between what was pending and needed fell on her, I understand the VA did not do appraisal on time and that should of been communicated to us as soon as it was rescheduled, instead of her answer to me " when I know you'll know" when in fact I had to later call and beg appraiser to upload appraisal or "we would not close". Please contact me for further details on this unhappy process. I don't feel rating Veterans United as a whole or Katie Rose whom was very helpful the two time we spoke based on Katie Willis is fair.

Overall, Veterans United was very good. Some of the terminology on the forms could have been explained a little better. If you don't understand something, contacting Vet. United is the simplest route to gaining an understanding.
