VU made the loan process so easy and their responsiveness gave me a lot of confidence and trust in their expertise. The online dashboard made it easy to review and sign documents, which was a great help because I had to do a lot of that while I was at sea (as a member of the US Coast Guard).

From the start, VU's Ryan Adler's initial contact with me was a positive experience as he guided me through the VA's Certificate of Eligibility application process and then helped establish an approval amount for my loan. From him to Mason Maddox, Senior Loan Officer and Cassie March, Loan Specialist, VU has nothing but outstanding personnel to work with and get the veteran his or her house. Early on, Mr. Maddox sends a Homeloan Toolkit for the veteran to read and be aware of what to expect from VU in perfecting his or her mortgagge loan application. From initial contact to the final closing with a title company, everything VU does is quickly and efficiently done and if any problems arise they are addressed and quickly handled. I can't say enough for the professionalism and expertise of Mr. Maddox and his staff and the quality of my experience with VU.
