When I first started looking into a home loan for purchasing the house, I had first looked into USAA and Navy Federal for financing, running a comparison between the two. Veterans United is ranked high in customer service so I decided to try them as well. Veterans United beat USAA and Navy Fed on interest rate by at least 0.25% and the response and customer service of Veterans United left Navy Federal far behind.In comparison to other home owners that I have talked to, Veterans United made this transaction very easy and with no complications, even had a few lender credits I wasn't expecting on the final closing costs. I am very impressed with Veterans United and have already recommended them to two homebuyers, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a home. This is hands down the best customer service I have had in all of the research and homebuying process.
