I was blown away by the level of customer service from day 1. I started this process not knowing if I could qualify for a home loan. This was something I knew my family needed. I did not qualify at first, but instead of just pushing me aside, they enrolled me in the Lighthouse program. At this point I had a a dedicated individual, who walked me through step by step what I needed to do to qualify in the future. After what seemed like a short period of time, I got a call saying my FICO scores were now qualified and they started the process. From start to finish it was about 43 days.
