I can't say enough about this company, everyone was so nice and patient with my wife and i. I would definitely recommend them for all your housing needs.
As a first time home buyer, I was worried that this was going to be a bumpy ride. Everyone at Veterans United really stepped up and had my back. They made the entire shopping and buying process so easy that I actually had quite a bit of fun. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for everything, VU.

This is our 3rd time we have worked with Mike and his team. I would recommend Veterans Home Loans to anyone that is looking for pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable people that provide and outstanding home-buying experience.
This process was pretty easy. They ask for information and you provide. It’s pretty simple. They break the process down for the lamen. They could answer any question I had for them; quick to respond to questions and documentation review. Great experience!
Veteran's United is a first class company, take this advice, work with them to secure your home loan. If Terry Roberts is available work with him or one of his team. You won't be disappointed. Rc Higgins.
I unsuccessfully attempted to us my VA benefits as a young recent release from active service because of the intractable process and poor communication; back then, I walked away and got a conventional loan.... many years passed and I decided to try Veterans United and despite the unusual conditions Veterans United not only delivered, but closed the deal in record time.
This very sour process sucked the excitement of buying a home for me and my family. In the end all I wanted was to just conclude my business and move on. Unfortunately will not return or consider you anymore. Definitely an experience I will share with my fellow Veterans of purchasing a home through this organization.
Response from Veterans United
Fernando, we are disappointed that the overall experience fell short of your expectations. Often, the home buying process involves overcoming obstacles or unexpected circumstances. It is our goal is to make the process seem easy, but sometimes even our best team members can make a mistake that impacts a client's perception of the entire organization. If it would be helpful to discuss the details that led to this review, then please contact a member of our Client Advocate team.
This team was a delight to work with (never thought i would say that about home buying). Would recommend them highly to my friends.

Experience first-hand why 323,567 homeowners give us a perfect score!
Great working with Mike Ward with Veterans United. I'd definitely choose them again.
Working with Veterans United was like working with family! A fantastic experience. If I ever buy another home, Veterans United will be my number one pick! Steve Gustafson and his team were phenomenal with everything they did. We were coming down to the wire for closing and the Veterans United underwriter worked on our file until late into the evening, ensuring we made it to our scheduled closing date. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
