Two years ago I went through some of the worst financial troubles that I have ever faced in my life. It was so bad in fact that it destroyed my credit, and I was extremely close to being homeless. Veterans United Home Loans made it easy and possible for my husband and I to purchase our forever home. After having to foreclosure on a house while active duty, veterans united home loans made us feel worthy, like anything is possible. They not only helped explain every step but has videos to farther explain everything. Our first home buying experience was a blur and little to no contact with the loan officer. But here at Veterans United Home Loans, everyone was very helpful and generally cared about getting our family in a home, while keeping us up to date on every step on the process. Not only were they helpful but they were able to get us a great rate. The whole process for us was really fast, we started looking for a home at the end of January (last weekend) and closed on a home at the end of March. Such a smooth process, especially with the way you can upload documents online and view what process your loan is in, it truly was a great tool that i used regularly. Krystal our home loan officer was amazing in the process and without her and her team at Veterans United, we would not be able to say we are now in our forever and own HOME!
