The professionalism, knowledge, and honesty exhibited by the experts at Veterans United was extremely helpful throughout the home buying process and set them apart from some of the other lenders that I was working with. In comparing rates from different lenders, I had gotten mortgage estimates from numerous local and national banks to try and negotiate the best terms. Throughout this process Veterans United not only matched or beat the competition on rates and fees, but they were also refreshingly honest and straight forward about all of the costs associated with lending. Their online videos helped to explain the entire VA lending process and home-buying experience which gave me a better understanding of what to expect. Their user friendly website and online resources helped me to stay up to date on the status of my lending application. Overall I would absolutely recommend Veterans United to any service member looking to purchase a home with a VA loan.

I was somewhat happy with the overall experience, yet there is definite room for improvement. When you sit down for a 9:00 AM Monday closing in an attorney's office you "anticipate closing". Our experience was that of the attorney taking a call in the middle of signing, only then finding out Veteran's United had not transferred the funds, due to the appraiser not doing their follow-up visit to see if the landscaping was complete, this was totally ridiculous. The appraiser had already evaluated the interior where we would live and had given an appraised value of the home. The major problem with this is we were totally blindsided! We had several contractors scheduled that afternoon to start some projects for us as I have broken hand, and we had to postpone the work, which in essence delayed our schedule. At that point we were allowed to sign but could not get the keys to our new home. This sucked the life and enjoyment of building our home and turned a joyful experience abysmal. Now, Chrissy worked diligently to turn this around and did, we were able to drive to builders office and pick up the keys, late afternoon 3:45 PM of closing day. It was understood that the follow up appraiser visit was still necessary and on Wednesday. As of today, Friday still no word or contact to schedule visit!

Absolutely incredible team and company. I did this process for the Michigan area from Guam and this team of people made this such an amazing experience and a smooth transition. I am so happy that my family became first time homeowners with this company!

Veterans United made it very easy to apply for a loan. Our team was very easy to reach when we had questions. We would recommend them to everyone.

Clayton and Jordan did an outstanding job working with me. They made sure that I understood any and everything that transpired along the way. If there was any doubts or questions they would take the time to make sure that I had a clear understanding before anything was signed. I have recommended that some of my fellow veterans contact these two to get them started on the path to buying a home. Again Exceptional service and experience.

Veterans United is a great solution for any veteran needing loan services.

Veterans United got me in a home when no one else was able to. I will be forever grateful and always pass this on to every Veteran.

Timing of some really last minute details could've been a little less stressful, however we closed on time and overall things went well. The insurance company back out 3 days before closing and left people scrambling, but we made it. Thank you Veterans' United Home Loans for making this all come to be.

I would recommend any veteran looking to purchase a home to contact Veterans United. If possible ask for Kody Gilbow. You will be glad you did!

Sarah Dixon was equally swell in her role as Transaction Coordinator. Sarah answered questions with positive knowledge and insightful experience. Her written communication portrays understanding without hesitation suggestive avenues with precise reasoning and clear direction. Written communication is often difficult to project the right tone and tenor emphasis while getting the point across effectively and quite efficiently to achieve the desired serviceable outcome. She is willing to research in depth to ensure a conclusive administration. Sarah was a joy to correspond with.
