From him to Mason Maddox, Senior Loan Officer and Cassie March, Loan Specialist, VU has nothing but outstanding personnel to work with and get the veteran his or her house. Early on, Mr. Maddox sends a Homeloan Toolkit for the veteran to read and be aware of what to expect from VU in perfecting his or her mortgagge loan application. From initial contact to the final closing with a title company, everything VU does is quickly and efficiently done and if any problems arise they are addressed and quickly handled. I can't say enough for the professionalism and expertise of Mr. Maddox and his staff and the quality of my experience with VU.

The whole process was amazing. I started out just looking for some information withing 24 hours I had a response that I wad pre qualified and to start looking. This was im February then covid shut everything down. Danny and his team have helped me find a home during this time. I am fortunate to work an extremely stable job during all of this as well. But I didn't know it would be so easy with these guys. They were prompt with their responses on any questions I had. I started off uncertain but theses guys have boosted my confidence ten fold and I cannot thank them enough. Highly satisfied.
My overall experience with Veterans United was great. That being said, we did hit some bumps in the road. But my loan officer Josh kept everything under control as well as kept me well informed.
