VU made the process painless and straightforward. I expected a long, drawn out, and painful process, but Robert and the whole team were excellent!
I would not recommend. If I could do it all over again, I would have went with our credit union for a home refinance. VU was recommended to my by an employee and I greatly regret our decision.
