The last two survey's were an unexpected expensive inconvenience for us. We were in a flood zone and need an elevation survey and an improvement property survey we found out at the 11th hour. Mr. Miller called and apologized that they had over looked these. Andy and Holly were always very nice. They have great people personalities. Our first agent Adam; was excellent and when he left his position it set us back three or more months. At Closing the Lender sent the $140,000 check to the wrong Title company. That was a crazy.
I would tell everyone to see Veterans United Home Loans
Veterans United really knew the ins and outs of the VA home loan compared to some of their competitors. The overall experience was much more personal than just calling a customer service line with questions. I loved that i worked with the same team of individuals the whole time, and they got to know me and made all the leg work of the home buying process seem like a breeze. Very streamlined program and knowledgeable staff. I didnt ever have a question go unanswered. I wont buy a home with out Veterans United again!
You all were great. Thank you.
It's the only way to go.
The checklist was definitely my favorite part of the experience. It was also great to be able to text, call, or email a whole team of people. They always responded quickly and definitely helped us save money in the purchase of our home. I can’t wait to buy another house from VU in a few years!
Hello Veterans of America, I just purchased my first home. And boy was it easy fast and overwhelming at the same time. But with the help of the Veterans United Home Loan Team I made it through. Their by your side every step of the way with guidance and clear understand of this process. So if your a first time buyer and don’t have any idea which way to turn call them up and get started with just a phone call that’s all it takes. With determination on your side you will become a home owner Miss Lewis
The only downside to this whole process was actually getting the work done to the house. Other then that my loan team and realistate agent were amazing
Veterans United is great to work with up front from the start what to look for in buying a home
What I can share and advise is from the very beginning keep a file on every thing. From the picked home, right down to the very closing. Many times I had to get documents that I had already submitted. I know your file will be about 3 to 4 inches thick but it will be worth it.I do think, However, that there should be a package that Veterans Home Loan should give the potential buyer asking all the forms that will be needed at any given time, and should be kept in the system.

Again the message I got didn't always fitt my loan application and I had to call to get thru them.
Veterans United helped me make my home buying experience a piece of cake. I highly recommend . Thank You!!!
The process was quick and painless. They answered every question in a timely manner and didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was a bother to them. It was way easier than the horror stories I heard about home buying.
The team knows what to look for to make the experience as smooth and quick as possible. They keep you on track.
