When it came to insurance, there were several individuals reaching out to me from separate teams.
Though the assurance that people want to help is good, it was confusing regarding who I should be talking to.Recommend a more intentional introduction with the concierge as the first step, followed by deliberate hand-offs between teams to ensure a continuum of customer care through each step of the home-buying process.

The team has been working with me for almost 2 years as I was trying to get qualified, letting me know what I needed to work on, through finally getting the pre-approval, working with me and even working to increase my pre-approval amount which I needed to get a home in my area. The team as a whole took calls (even after hours and on weekends) & walked me through “what’s next”, answer all questions and explaining anything that I didn’t grasp…including questions from our Realitor. Overall very happy with my new home and the teams work though the entire process. 10 out of 10 A+++
