The buyer is educated and guided through each step of the loan process. Bill Musick was the loan officer who explained the loan process to me and my wife. He returned every phone call and answered every question. He corresponded with us through emails and asked us to complete a Things to Do List. Once a step was completed we moved on to the next step. Mr. Musick was always there to guide us along the way. Mr. Musick gives 100% when it comes to providing excellent customer service. Our Loan closed on the projected date. We were very satisfied the Veterans United and the way were treated.

The loan process overall was managed very well. A few days before closing a situation developed which forced the closing to a few days later than scheduled. Upon realizing the impact this change created for my fiance and I the VU staff quickly and with no hesitation implemented a solution to decrease the affects of the adjustment.
