We couldn’t ask for a better loan officer, he’s the best hands down.

If you are getting a VA loan, then Veterans United is the only place I would go to. From helping me to improve my credit, getting my family into a beautiful house, to my recent refi at a lower interest rate, VU has always made the process fast and painless. We also appreciated all the personalized gifts we received.

My first time buying a house was, literally, so easy. From the realtor, Kelly Garrison, VuHL recommended, to my loan officer, Tommy Purk, the process couldn’t have went any better. I wasn’t ever left in the dark or unsure as to what was going on during the process. Tommy explained everything up front, and continued to explain certain things as we moved forward, which I really appreciated. I also closed In less than 30 days! I would definitely recommend using VUHL and Tommy Purk if you want to buy a house! I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with them.

Awesome Lender, absolutely recommend their services. Make sure to attend their seminars!

Cody & Corey were absolutely outstanding during the entire process. They were quick to respond, I felt like I was their only customer.

You served our Great Country, now let our Great Country serve you. Using Veterans United Home Loans will be your next Great choice.

I have done two loans with them and would not use anybody else.

Patty was fantastic, helped all the way.

Veterans United has been an extremely positive experience for me on my first home purchase and subsequent refinancing a year later. On both occasions, Heidi Bailey-Houston delivered prompt, professional and courteous service. Veterans United's customer experience is more personal and prompt than what I observed with their competitors, and the fact that they focus on VA loans makes them a clear choice for veterans.

Great experience. I picked VU over Navy FCU after shopping around, very glad I did.

Would recommend Veterans United absolutely 100 percent!

Had a great experience!

My process was overly drawn out over minuscule things that should’ve been taken care of as soon as I put an offer on the house. (Manufactured home documents and paperwork that held me up, for example.) My appraisal was done March 25th and they waited almost a month later to decide they needed something else from him. The inspection was done about a week after and again, they waited until about two days before my closing date to decide they needed more from him as well. Overall it seemed like they were overwhelmed or didn’t really know what was going on and they dropped the ball. The man selling my house had to threaten to back out of the deal for them to finally get their stuff together and handled so we could get closed and I could move into my house.Overall I would not recommend. Horrible experience that left me stressed beyond belief.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with VU. Simple and easy. Everything was explained in detail which made it a very pleasant experience.
