If you are a Veteran and looking for a home, these folks will take good care of you and walk you through the process step-by-step. I am so glad that I clicked on that link and gave these people a try because I am writing this review from the computer room in my new home. I've wanted to do this for 25 years and never did because I thought the process was too complicated and difficult, but these fine folks take all that stuff and reduce it to manageable pieces and even help you through those. If you've been thinking about building equity in your own place instead of giving it to your landlord every month and you qualify for a VA loan, at least talk to Veterans United and see what they can do for you.
VU made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress free. Matt Verona was amazing to work with! The communication and explanation of every step was outstanding and expedient. We are so thrilled with the service provided by an organization dedicated to our Veterans.
Veterans United was wonderful to work with. My loan team was courteous, efficient, and most of all fast! I had been a Realtor for 16 years and had seen a lot of closings. But these folks were top notch.I would recommend Leah Mahoney and Dena Singh to any Veterans wanting it done right!

This was easy because Jeremy Henry and Andrea Walter's were awesome! Each question we had as first time home buyers was answered quickly, clearly. and was easily understandable.
Other than pulling my credit 4 times over the process of buying 1 house I'd say it was pretty good. Buying the house was just the first step though, now it's time to see how they do on carrying the loan, how they accept payments, etc.
We all know buying a new home is scary business. Will I be able to pay for it? Is my credit good enough? What about all the inspections, money down, paperwork? Well we are here to tell y'all, the team with Veterans United, Jamie Hughes and Connor Haxel walked us through every step and answered patiently all my crazy answers. I have a tendency to over think things. Preapproval process, using the VU website with our own link for a to do list and working in conjunction with the real estate agent who happened to be in Alabama, we relocated from Florida. Last year we had a very unfortunate experience with another Veteran Mortgage company. When contacted Veterans United, we were not sure what to expect. Glenn’s interactions with us put our apprehensions to rest. Over the course of a couple of hours on the phone with him we were pre-approved to begin our search for a new home.
