So the process of uploading documents was very easy. My biggest issue was service. I was frustrated with the delay of the appraisal which caused us some stress because we had to move out of our existing house and we could not move in to our new one because of the delay.
When I relayed this frustration I feel like I was ignored for a bit of time rather than addressing it. Once the appraisal was complete the communication did get better. But it took two weeks from when I told VU to order the appraisal and when it was done.

From day one they have been very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Me being a first home buyer I was not really sure what the steps were and how to or where to start. I called the agency and they asked a few questions, based on my answers they help me get assigned to a loan agent and even a realtor, I didn't have to try to figure this out on my own. This helped take a lot of pressure off me on finding a realtor. They talked me through everything and even explained the steps and the reasoning for needing certain documents. They true so professional and I am glad and grateful I had the pleasure of working with this agency and their staff. Great company for new home buyers!
Oh and one more thing, the realtors the set you with are really knowledgeable on housing structures, and know what to look for in a good home as far as if the plumbing is good or bad, if there have been damage to the house that might have been covered up, an estimate on how much things might cost to repair or remodel, how you can remodel, HOA policies in certain areas, and even the area its self if it is busy or quiet, or dangerous or safe. Great qualities to have for a realtor for first home buyers and I wouldn't have had that opportunity if this agency didn't recommend my realtor to me!
