I would recommend Veterans United Loans. It was a smooth process and I got an excellent rate. There were no real obstacles and everything went very smoothly. My loan officer, Keith was great. He helped me through the entire process and was there to answer any questions. All of this was in the middle of a COVID 19 lockdown and let's just say I had nothing to do but ask questions. He was a great to work with. I would definitely recommend Keith and Veterans United.

My experience was not what I had in mind coming from the business years ago, yes I know this was a VA loan and it requires more documentation but just wasn’t what i would have guessed. In the long end I did get the result I went for.

Shaun Diaz and his team are the best!! We have been renting for years and talking about buying a house. We finally decided that it was time to quit being nervous and apply for a VA loan. The minute we were preapproved we started looking immediately. When we put our offer in we asked for a 30 day closing because we were so excited to move. Afterwards I realized that 30 days was Memorial Day so I asked Shaun if we could close in 27 days and with the help of his amazing team they made it happen, even during a pandemic. My realtor even commented on how great it was working with Shaun. She had 8 properties in escrow and we were the only ones to close on time, and even early. We are settling into out new house and we couldn't be happier.
