As a company There is good and bad- good they tried to rectify the situation as much as they could but I think they charge to much for their services.

This is the first time I've closed on two properties at the same time. Selling my property and buying another on the same day is a new experience for me but it went very well.

Jackson and he was such a joy to work with! Both of them oozed the most impeccable customer service and were filled with wealth of knowledge. Corey was always so unbelievable professional and pleasant throughout all of our communications and never seemed bothered no matter how many questions I had or how many follow-ups I initiated. Outside of the customer service aspect, Cody scored me a GREAT rate and loan amount compared to the other lenders that I consulted with. AND I walked away with money being returned to me after closing. All in all it was a very great experience. I will without a doubt use VU for all future home loans and will recommend Cody and Corey to any veteran NC home buyer that I meet.
