Jeremy and his team are seriously top notch. I was not expecting this kind of service. Normally when you think mortgage you think big bank and impersonal. Not the case at all. Jeremy and Cassie were great. I also can’t say enough about Joe Cobb. First impressions are very important and he was the first person I talked to with Veterans United when I inquired. I knew within 2 minutes of talking to him that I was going to use Veterans United due solely to the impression I had of the people. In fact I had inquired with Quicken with a very competitive rate but Joe Cobb is quite literally the reason I ultimately decided on Veterans United. The closing loan officer Jake Walker did not answer most of my calls. It was hard asking for questions.

I believe that my loan was a bit difficult for anyone. My last loan was taken out in 1983 and I'm still stuck in the 60s. So Tim had his hands full, along with Diana. They were VERY patient with me and earned their pay. 10 plus all the way!
