I had never heard of Veteran's United until they contacted me via a Zillow.com home purchase interest. At first, I had assumed they were related to Veteran's Administration, but they are their own entity. I really like the online portal and how easy it is to upload documents to the website. Overall, VU did help us get into a house in a relatively short time frame but communication was an issue.
