Veterans United made a seemingly “scary” process easy to understand and accomplish! My wife and I are happy with the results of our work with them!
Veterans United was amazing to work with my team did so amazing helping me.Giving me tons of information and helpful tips being a first time home buyer. Thank you very much Veterans United!!!
Overall a very successful experience. Definitely would recommend to others. Everyone was very professional and helpful.
It was great working with Veterans United. We enjoyed working with our loan officer, Mr. Zach Roberts and his team. They were timely, organized, and helpful.
I can't thank my team enough! Especially my loan coordinator Adam Post. I called him quite a bit with questions about paperwork that was needed and he always had an answer for me and I feel he went the extra mile for me a few times to make this process as smooth as possible, over all I feel my home buying experience couldn't have gone smoother. Kerry was very helpful in finding properties to meet my needs and when we settled on one, she lined up all inspections and really made a stressful time stress free. Clint took the time to promptly respond to any questions I had weather through email or phone call and helped me have a clearer understanding of a complicated process and although I personally didn't need to rely on Michel for very much, he was always very pleasant and professional when we spoke and always seemed eager to help with anything i needed.
Veterans United all the way, the best around. Thank you
The entire team was great. I love all of the resources available.
I feel the entire loan process was to appeal the mortgage lender and was not geared to help the veteran. I had to ask questions multiple times to get answers. Some questions went unanswered. buying a hose is stressful enough without constant increases in cash to close. Replacing the insurance company I have been with for over 20 years with an insurance company who provided no coverage for the buyer just the property because it would cost too much and the mortgage lender would not agree to it. I feel there was no effort to "Go to the mat" for the buyer. Just to close.
Response from Veterans United
Hello Joseph, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. A member of our Client Advocate team has attempted to reach you and we invite you to connect with us further. We understand how relying on estimates for a portion of the home buying process can seem inconsistent or make it difficult to trust the process. Veterans United does not directly control the majority of the costs such as taxes and insurance, and it is expected that earlier cost estimates will differ from final closing numbers. While we do not choose your insurance provider, obtaining accurate coverage is a necessary part of the loan process and discussing the details around your final closing figures is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. It is our goal to be there for you every step of the way to explain and demonstrate all changes. We apologize for any time that you felt we could have done better. Our Client Advocate team will use your comments to ensure we are considering ways to improve, and we hope your new home serves you well in the future.
Just great all around!!
I would without a doubt recommend this team to anyone and everyone! DONNNA WAS ALSO EXCELLENT!
Yes, I do! I am very grateful for the wonderful lifetime support that I received from veteransunited, the whole home ownership process was very supportive and reassuring. All I had to do was do my part which consisted of cooperation, communication, and motivation and whatever I didn't understand I felt comfortable in asking Schandler Rogers my Loan Officer about the specifics within the finance documents. Schandler deserves to rewarded for being a dedicated loan officer, even communicating with me during the weekend. Sign, SPC. Grimes, 91B (Combat Medic)
