When Dan Perry contacted me in early April and spoke to me about refinancing, the first thing I said, this will put me back to square one. He explained the benefits and a rate that will help me save on my monthly payments. He convinced me to put in the paperwork with no obligation. We started the process and he made it very easy. The closing was May 19th, and all went smoothly from the first call to the closing.
