I 100% would use VU again, my only complaint was the communication barrier between the agent and the loan specialist. There was a few times where we would get the same information from both of them and the specialist would occasionally ask if the agent had finished our paper work or something similar to that and vice versa. So i assume there were several periods where the two were not communicating properly. However, all other aspects were great and the specialist and agent as individuals were great!
Third home loan with VU. Hopefully that speaks for itself.

Great company and team. The loan team helped us navigate many questions and was always available to provide help. In the end, our loan cost was even cheaper than estimated. They definitely under promised and over delivered. It was the best experience I have had with a lender.
