They make the process very easy and help you get a home you’ll love

Successfully accomplished!!! From beginning to end there was constant contact. Great experience, everyone is helpful in all aspects and the end result are satisfied customer... I recommend that all veterans use them if they're in the search for a new home.

Getting a mortgage through Veterans United was easy and the staff is very helpful through out the entire process. I would use the services again and I would highly recommend other us them as well.

Over the years I have owned quite a few houses and the process with VU was the best experience ever.

Veterans United is the best! We are so happy we got the opportunity to be apart of this family!

The platform and concept of Veterans United is great. But the loan specialist was horrendous. We managed to successfully close the deal on the house but our specialist struggled immensely to keep up with our needs. It felt like he was an extremely inexperienced loan specialist and/or a poor communicator. He dropped the ball on several occasions with different deadlines which forced us to push closing back by a few weeks. He promised us things that he simply did not deliver on. He told us that he would credit us in the end on our closing costs due to his mistakes but we ended up paying far more than what is average for a house of this cost in this area.Working with the loan specialist was honestly the worst part of the home buying experience.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for sharing openly and honestly with us. We understand that the process of buying a home can be discouraging at times. For that reason, we are always looking to support your customer experience with excellent care. If you feel there were ways we could have better handled the process, then please give us a call to share more. Our Client Advocate team is always eager to listen and take action whenever possible.

Overall good experience, A few things I do not agree with like having to pay to keep my rate locked in twice due to things I had no control over. I know you took it out of closing costs but in the end the seller increased the price of the home to accommodate having to pay the closing costs so technically I paid the closing costs so the rate lock came from my pocket.

Definitely will return for my next loan

From start, to under writing, to finish. The lack of attention to detail and asking for stuff that was already loaded, the mess up of paperwork, people being short and making the customer jump through hoops at every turn. The up price in fee when it is usually free to VA loans or veterans, tells me you only have the name and not the best interest. Will definitely bad mouth veterans United and time I get the chance and express my concerns to my buddy’s and tell them go somewhere else
Response from Veterans United

Thank you again and thank you for your service.

Couldn't have been better!

My husband was a disabled veteran and always told me if you need anything go with an organization that helps veterans. As a widow of a veteran I couldn’t be more pleased with how Sam spoke to me and assisted me throughout this process. Thank you so much Sam.
