Great team Period
Don't get discouraged in the documents you have to produce in order to get things pushed through it is the federal government that mainly controls alot of the process so if you don't have anything to hide than you will be ok. They are there to try to guide you but if you are not being responsible with your finances you will have issues.
Dave and Lisa both were such a great team, and so careful with so much attention to detail!
