If you have gotten a VA loan in year's past, then you know that few banks would touch them and the few that did had only one loan officer who was familiar with the VA loan regulations, and communication with that person was usually nil. Veterans United, on the other hand, are informed professionals who make the loan process as smooth as possible. When I first approached them I was apprehensive but they made it so feasible.
