From preapproval to closing and beyond, Veterans United has made this entire process such a great experience! They recommended us to an AWESOME Veteran Realtor who knew the VA Loan process and helped us find the home of our dreams. My wife and I are both Active Duty and spent more than half of the underwriting/ loan approval process out of the state and/or country, yet not one thing was held up because of it. We had an phenomenal loan team in Kedric Busch and Christy Longbine who were such an enormous help along the way, they responded to all of our questions/ concerns immediately and kept us up to date with the status of the loan while helping us complete our "To-Do" list. Being able to upload and view everything online made Underwriting so simple! We are so incredibly happy with our new home!!

It has been nearly 16 years since I have been in the market to buy a home. Needless to say, a lot has changed with home buying during that 16 years and I was nervous about the loan process. It was great that I happened to skim by an ad on Facebook for Veterans United. I called them immediately and after connecting with Adam Craig, I decided not to look any further. Craig and the Veterans United team made my home buying experience as easy as it could be. The process was quick and painless and that was because the team really does care about the home buyer and their experience. They treated me like family so you cannot ask for a better company to service your home loan needs. Thank you Veterans United!

They get it done but be on them and ask questions make sure you have everything so you don’t hit a potentially massive delay that probably can be avoided as was my experience.

Veterans United is just GREAT especially if you are first time buyer like I was. There is no such thing as a stupid question for them. They answer all questions honestly and you can depend on what they say. They always encouraged me and told me that everything was going to be ok. They calm your fears (and I had some). They make you laugh when you really want to cry. They tell you to hold on when you really want to give up .They go above and beyond to get things complete. We closed on time and they made a dream come true for me. I am a proud home owner.

If I could go back I wouldn’t go through Veterans United. After finding a new realtor and talking to others I learned that my experience wasn’t the only horror story. The paperwork and approval was easy; all of the things that didn’t require human contact/communication.
