From preapproval to closing and beyond, Veterans United has made this entire process such a great experience! They recommended us to an AWESOME Veteran Realtor who knew the VA Loan process and helped us find the home of our dreams. My wife and I are both Active Duty and spent more than half of the underwriting/ loan approval process out of the state and/or country, yet not one thing was held up because of it. We had an phenomenal loan team in Kedric Busch and Christy Longbine who were such an enormous help along the way, they responded to all of our questions/ concerns immediately and kept us up to date with the status of the loan while helping us complete our "To-Do" list. Being able to upload and view everything online made Underwriting so simple! We are so incredibly happy with our new home!!

It has been nearly 16 years since I have been in the market to buy a home. Needless to say, a lot has changed with home buying during that 16 years and I was nervous about the loan process. Veterans United is just GREAT especially if you are first time buyer like I was. There is no such thing as a stupid question for them. They answer all questions honestly and you can depend on what they say. They always encouraged me and told me that everything was going to be ok. They calm your fears (and I had some). They make you laugh when you really want to cry. They tell you to hold on when you really want to give up .They go above and beyond to get things complete. We closed on time and they made a dream come true for me. I am a proud home owner.
