Working with the team at Veterans United was very enjoyable. Steven Blakeley especially was outstanding during this whole process. He made sure everything was transparent and kept me up to date with every stage of the process. He was polite, professional and extremely enjoyable to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had answers for all of my questions. Id give him and his team a rating of 11 out of 10 if I could and any of my co-workers and friends that were in the market for a home, I'd recommend steven and his team because I know for sure he would take care of them.

I would recommend this process to any and all Veterans. We thought at our age we would not be able to own our own home. The approval process was quick and easy and as soon as we were approved, our loan officer called and said she was going to get a realtor to call. Within 20 minutes or maybe less our realtor had called and then our hunt for the perfect home began. We are so very happy and we cannot put into words the joy from owning our own home. Please don't put off going through the process.

First class service from a first class organizations. I was kinda kinda scared but Matt and his team kept everything running smoothly until the final document was signed. Team Veteran United!!!!

I was very pleased with my entire team at Veterans United, Lucy, David, Blake and Sami-- thank you! My primary loan officer, Blake, has been a great resource; he is always quick to respond to email or phone calls and has been there for me and my family every step of the way. I would highly recommend Veteran's United for the home buying process!!

100% approved if your looking for a VA loan.

Loan officer was not very helpful, assumed I knew how it all worked and didn't really explain a lot of the process as a first time homebuyer. Also didn't explain where my money was going as far as closing costs. Gave me an initial estimate for closing costs, and explained that Veterans United estimates at the highest prices, so I should expect a lot of the closing costs to be lower at the final agreement. Got a notice for my final closing costs on my closing date, which showed I was getting over 300 dollars back. Then first title called me and said I owe 1200 dollars to them in closing and I can wire transfer the money. I called my loan officer and we corresponded several times to figure out why I have paperwork saying one thing, and first title saying another. And trying to get an explanation on these numbers. My loan officer wasn't able to clearly explain to me why the closing costs were actually HIGHER than the ORIGINAL draft numbers and why they sent me paperwork saying 2 different things. On top of it, I was completely blindsided by it. I asked several times the 2 weeks prior to my closing date about my paperwork, then didn't receive a single thing until the day of my closing about an hour before my final walkthrough of my home. Overall a terrible experience and I'll never use veterans United again. I felt like I got robbed.

I can’t thank the team enough they pulled everything together for me and I couldn’t be happier

Nick and his team are absolute professionals, and they are the ones you want in your corner. We were first time home buyers, and they made the process so painless and easy for us. We knew what to do and when to do it. They were patient, thoughtful, and honest. Nick was never in a rush to get me off the phone. He answered every question I threw at him. He sent me to read the customer reviews about him, the good and the bad. He was completely transparent and up front. I got pre-approval letters from two other companies. Picking Veterans United was the best decision I could have made.

If you have a chance to take advantage of a VA loan, I'd highly recommend it. If people told me 2 years ago that I would be a homeowner now, I wouldn't have believed them, but Veterans united lets you know right away if you might be pre approved or require additional help to get you into that pre approval bracket. They will even work with you to get you to the pre approval level and beyond.

Fast , Quick , Friendly...keep there website updated very good.

We appreciate all you did for us, and all you continue to do for veterans.Thank you.

If you are looking for a great mortgage company, Veterans United is the perfect place for you! Never have I worked with a company who has such pleasurable, professional, knowledgeable people working for them. I personally worked with Sam Yoo and his team and I don't know that I could have got through the home buying experience without them! There is not enough time in the day for me tell you what a great thing they have going! So thank you Veterans United and Sam and team for EVERYTHING you have done for our family!!
