I closed on my new construction home on June 30, 2020! I was very nervous - as this was my 1st purchase. The company offer easy to follow, informational videos that help potential buyers understand each process, with purchasing a new home. When I did not understand a process and/or I had a question, my Loan Specialist (Ms. Tina and Ms. Sarah) readily answered my questions - either by text, email, or phone call. About 8 weeks before my proposed closing date, a negative report populated on my credit report. The negative report caused my scores to drop! This situation could have caused me, to possible lose my new home and my "down payment" (earnest money). My Loan Specialist quickly connected me, with my assigned Credit Counselor (Ms. Katie). My Credit Counselor help me resolve the negative credit reporting. It put me back on track to successfully secure my home loan! I do not believe that I could have done this without them. They are such an AMAZING TEAM!
Not happy with VUHL ... 2 days before closing I am told we will close at 3pm... we made plans for over 2 weeks to close in the morning, that's before, or by 12... we sat for 7 hours, almost a wasted day with nowhere to go, but sit in the heat, 5 people and a 150 lb service dog packed into 3 seats in the uhaul, and 2 seats in the front of our van... every space filled, so the 150 lb dog is on the floor of the uhaul... lol ... why wait to tell us 2 days before closing... uhaul was already booked... we are already out of our home, on a deadline... uhaul charged us 115.00 for being late... but hey VUHL was awear and blamed me... lol... They never once treated me like the customer, and I sure never felt like a customer to them... No, use someone else, use anyone else for that matter.

When I began the process of buying a home I started with another loan company & was I was not impressed. This was a stressful experience finding a house that I like, but Mr. Musik's team was amazing and helpful. Also, the realtor Ellie they recommended was knowledgeable and honest about what she thinks about the home. She treated the home buying experience as if she was buying a home for herself. She made sure she pointed out flaws and things that need to be updated or things that will be costly to the buyer. I would recommend her to anyone.
