I would have never thought I could purchase a home until I found Veterans United. My credit in a few month increased from poor to good and from 583 to 687 with their credit specialist advising me how to repair it. My real estate agent was very persistent trying to find a perfect home. My loan officer was the best. He was really was on top of every process. If you are a vet and cannot afford a large down payment go with Veterans United home loans. I would use them again.

For someone with a high 700 sometimes low 800 credit score the underwriting process took ridiculously too long and there was not enough feedback about process while it was unfolding.
