We have lowered our rate twice since buying our home. United Veterans has been the greatest mortgage company I've dealt with and I've given the companies info out to every veteran i know. In a couple years i hope to buy some mountain property for a hunting/camping property and plan on using United Veterans for that as well.
Veterans United has the experience and knowledge it takes to work through an incredibly complex, potentially extremely stressful process. I highly recommend using VU if you are eligible for a VA loan. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows.

Approach with caution. There are less expensive ways to use your VA Loan. Veteran's United has great customer service and clean packaging and promotion, but their underbelly has some pretty sketchy practices in my opinion. We had a positive experience because we were willing and able to get additional info to negotiate a good deal.
