He followed up with me as I was searching for a home and stayed connected through the day we closed. The Real Estate Agent that was referred to us, Dana, was a pleasure to work with as well. She worked with us from out of state and was prompt in answering questions and relaying information. When we found a home to make an offer on, she made it happen in one day! The viewing and walk through over video, the official offer...it was all done in a matter of hours. Our overall experience has been amazing. I have referred Veterans United to my sister and she has enjoyed her experience as well. I will continue to refer them at any opportunity that arises. Due to deed issues, the entire process was an adventure. Each time my loan package would expire, Kath and team were right there explaining the process and making me feel at ease. On the third package, it was a piece of cake per say and went extremely smooth.
