Experience was horrible, loan officer was worse, loan team was frustrating. The goal was to make the process painful as possible. Being a first time home buyer, I never want to experience this again. There was absolutely zero joy, even when closing with key in hand. Do yourself a huge favor, avoid Veterans United and find another lender. They will make your experience miserable.

I have been through the home buying experience a couple of times before, but this was the first time that the process felt so easy.
