We did a streamline refinance on a home that was purchased under the veterans home loan. Easy simple and quick.
Everyone was on top of every question and was always timely in responding to emails and calls. They were very helpful and made this process a breeze.
Would highly recommend. Don't think twice, just get in touch with them and they'll take great care of you each step of the way.
The problems that arose on closing day created unnecessary stress and problems that could have been easily avoided had the underwriters communicated properly communicated
Veterans out there. I waited over thirty years to use this opportunity to find a home for my family. It happened and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for everybody's service.
Such an easy process; especially with everything going on this world! I would recommend Veterans United to all of my Veteran friends! The entire team who helped us was the absolute best! I will recommend them for years to come!
Everything had to be done remote control via Internet and telephone. Despite please speed bumps the Process went pretty quickly and smoothly.

You guys were seriously the best. Thank you for everything!
Wish I would have been told about the credit for using a realtor that was provided to me. Didn’t see where that credit was on any loan estimate. Other than that minor issue, I recommend VU to anyone.
I will be going through veterans united next time I am looking to purchase another house.
I feel that The loan company should reconsider allowing vets to buy new and nicer manufactured homes that are sturtdy and up to code. Also you guys should have more wiggle room in letting veterans have the difference of the appraisal is the price of the how is less than what the home is valued at, because I had to settle for a home that was built in 1955, has cockroach problem, the insulation needs to be redone in the basement because of moisture and mold and I tried to tell because I get a percentage for upper respiratory issues and they didn't care about my health issues, I was made to feel like I had to purchase the home with no additional money to make need repairs for health reasons. I'm glad I got a home but it doesn't feel good to be in it, I'm not being a hekler this is a ginuene complaint, do I have to be unhappy for 30 years? Any solutions
