Today’s world is so electronic in nature that it took awhile to figure out who the team was. Thank you to everyone at VU. I know in the chaos of yesterday, I forgot to thank the team, but you all are awesome!
The people that worked with me made everything so easy on me and my wife. They stayed in regular contact with me and kept us updated often. We hardly had to do anything and between them and the realtor we never had to personally deal with the seller or their agent. They explained everything to where we easily understood and kept it smooth sailing. We recommend them 100% and will use them again in the future.
I think overall the process was very easy and everyone was very helpful. I think at the end of the process (at closing) there was some frustration, irritation, and unexpected complications with our lender that I think could have been handled a bit more kindly… but everything did work out.
Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
