This was a fantastic experience. Veterans United took care of all my veteran qualification details with me, quickly and effectively. The entire experience end to end was as fast or faster than a conventional loan with all the perks of a VA loan.Several years ago when looking to buy it was a struggle to figure out how to go about getting everything restored as I have had a previous VA home loan. None of the conventional lenders knew what I needed to do, I was going in circles trying to figure out on my own with the VA what to request and how and from where. I never did get it done. Circumstances changed and we rented for several years instead, and I dreaded once again having to start that search for how to get a VA loan. Thank you Veterans United for making ownership a reality for me again.
The Veterans United home loan team was very accessible and made themselves available to fit my schedule. They also made it very easy to get over the few bumps we encountered and made the process less stressful in doing so.
There is almost always confusion with applying for a home loan. The fact that I could reach Daniel or his colleagues when I had a question at anytime was amazing. They always responded back to me if I left a message within a very prompt timeline. Most other institutions that I have worked with for loans are not even close to being as responsive as Daniel and his team was. This fact made my wife and I feel a lot of peace during a stressful time for us based on our shortfall with another company.
The experience of buying your home can be overwhelming. I had no clue what i cas fetting into. Just knew i wasnt renting a home. These two combined, the agent and lender. Helped me through a process that was quick and easy. I have purcahased one other house 9 years ago and was dreading it again but after this experience im sold. Thanks again guys for everything!!
This has been the most enjoyable home loan experience I have completed in many years. All phases were smooth and very uncomplicated to complete. Maybe Im just too oold and feeble to attempt a procedure like getting a VA loan over the phone and computer, but ths was the most complicated most frustrating most stress inducing, most mis understandable process I can recall.I think If questioned by a peer I would have to forewarn them with great emphasis on what is mentioned aboveSugggest one emplyee work each deal all the way through, Suggest each applicant get more explicit, detailed warning if you will of just what kind of proofs and their depths , will be required up front. ie "you will be required to provide documentation of your incomeand other pertinent data including specific source documentation during the course of your applucation process"Please be aware that you will often be required to provide greatly detailed factual data in support of your application. This provision may frequently appear repetitive but is absoluetly necessary for the suucessful completion of your applicxation
