Tyler helped me through a lot with the home buying process. He even filled in the gaps when our realtor couldn’t or wouldn’t. Get this man a steak dinner immediately. You owe one to Austin Bickmeyer as well. He’s amazing too
Phil Stroessner- He always seemed like he was reluctant to work with me especially after I told him I didn't have the money to pay for the appraisal and he told me it would be "coming out of his pocket" from that point he always seemed short and rude with his responses.
Trenton Monnig- talked to the guy once the entire time on the phone and responded to one email he sent other than that he wouldn't call me back after multiple attempts to get ahold of him in the beginning and after not hearing back I had to seek answers from Phil and my real state agent Sonja so if it isn't his job description to answer phones then he should tell everyone when he first talks to them.
*Other than those issues I had a somewhat pleasant experience, I don't plan on doing it again anytime soon though. Lol I plan on staying here at this house you guys helped me buy for the rest of my life.

I’m really sorry your experience with our team left you feeling dismissed and unheard, especially at a time when you were doing everything you could to make homeownership work. You should never feel like you’re being judged for asking questions or needing support during what can already be a stressful process.
It’s also frustrating to hear how hard it was to get a response when you needed one. Communication—especially early on—is so important, and I’m sorry we didn’t step up the way we should have. I know you said you don’t plan on doing this again anytime soon (understandably!), but I truly hope if you ever do, you walk away feeling supported from day one.

Alright so this is my 2nd time reviewing Veterans United, 2nd time working with Aaron McMahon’s team, and 2nd time I don’t have enough words to say how amazing they are! This team is incredible and I would recommend them to any Veteran who is looking to purchase a home. I’ve personally recommended many friends to this organization since buying my first house in 2021.When they say they are there to help you, they are THERE! They kept me up to date throughout the entire process and made everything incredibly easy on me and my family. Heck, Aaron even made himself available on a random Saturday afternoon to ensure I was able to get a bid in on the house we just closed on. I don’t believe there is another organization who cares this much about military members and their families.When I joined the Army back in 2015 my wife and I would talk about finally having our forever home.
