My biggest problem was Landons communication any time I called or emailed I would have to text or email Mathew to get a response. The concierge was decent but wish we had more communication as well. I felt alone towards the end and had a lot of doubt for a bit. Mathew was amazing very helpful and prompt responses even after hours. Thank you for making my wife and my dream come true she may be gone but it finally happen we own a house now. Thank you.

The underwriters and the VA were a bitch to deal with on some things. But the front facing personnel you have made up for it and then some.
