The Entire Team (Liz, Jon, Amber, Kristen) made the entire process stress free. Liz is the best Realtor ever!!! She always made herself available for last minute showings, late night discussions, and many expectation changes. We live out of state so this required scheduled weekend showings which required her to work long hours and weekends. Jon, was great at directing me through the loan process and keeping me grounded during stressful requests. He got it done!!!! Overall, everything went great. Just a recommendation. Some of the documents the Loan Officer needs is not actually the correct name that is listed. But otherwise, everyone always followed up with me. I received phone calls and updates through the app. I was very impressed and overall very happy with the service provided. Veterans united has been an amazing company to work with, I tell every veteran I know to go with VU. Its not even an option, because there are so many predatory companies that target veteran benefits and VU is a legitimate and professional company. I've completed three real estate deals through VU and every time I've had zero issues.





Loan officer and coordinator would not leave me alone or stop calling me while I slept though I said repeatedly not to during those hours and the amount of calls was too much with too little of importance
