The lighthouse program is great to help people get approved, it would be cool though if they helped you reach the goal amount you want to get approved for instead of sending you back to the loan officer once you meet the minimum requirements for any approval.
Nah, yall know what you're doing and how to do it. It is my job to identify weaknesses in processes, procedures and operations and I have nothing to say here. As a first-time home buyer with no real idea what was involved, the team took care of everything. I did not even have a single day of stress during the process. I was notified about everything I needed to take care of, and it was explained to me if I had any questions. Emails were sent for constant communication amongst all the different people, so it felt like I was always aware of exactly where we were at in the process.
