I was so happy to work with Veterans United. I purchase two homes prior to this and completed two refinances. I will have to say this is the best experience I ever had. I love the fact I could text, call, or email someone and have them be so responsive. They were even available during off hours and weekends. It was about a year long process and they making and my team always stayed in touch and checked in, even when there wasn’t much movement towards buying a new house quite yet. I truly don’t have any complaints and am thoroughly impressed with every one on my team. The process went very smooth and everything was straight forward and completed in a timely manner.
