Another great experience with Veterans United thanks to Alex and his team! I will reach out to them again for business in the future.
Don’t make excuses for yourself or team.
READ the file!! Know who your are representing!
24/7 Notary— plz. Have your notary know their responsibilities!
Paperwork/closing was delayed due to incompetence! And when you show up— don’t smell like a bar.
When you have a co-signer- with same first name -(parent). PLZ designate which person you need particular documents on. Time lost in this process is precious.
Response from Veterans United
John, thanks for acknowledging this issue so that we might step in to provide further assistance. While Veterans United does not have direct control over the actions of third party providers, it is important that we work together to promote resolution for you. A Client Advocate here has attempted to reach out for more information and will be available to speak with you should you wish get in touch with us.
Thank you to my Veterans United dream team for getting me into my first home! They made the whole process smooth and worry free!
Very friendly, always attentive. Thanks.

As a first time homebuyer, Veterans United made it very easy for me to understand the complexities of buying and each member of the team did their job flawlessly
Chris and the team take times to help me understand the process and when things did not go our way they team stay motivated. I would definitely recommend this team to our veterans and service members get the place take want and deserve. Thanks again team.

Erin West deserves to be mentioned in this review also. She coordinated my loan and put up with many questions and concerns from me via emails, texts and calls. She remained patient, helpful and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend her involvement in any person's future endeavors. Erin deserves a 10 out of 10 without a doubt, and honestly the entire team performed far better than a simple ten-point rating system can convey.
If VU sends documents needed to sign via email, please send a text or call as i infrequently check email and when it came for final documents ended up delaying my closing due to a 3 day wait period
Also, whe you talk todufferent folks on the team and they say they will let you know about something, ask how theybwould like to be contacted. If i take time to call, i hate texts and email, then asknif i would like a call back instead of just an email which i have no idea it is waiting for me
Kris Ball, Katie Willis & Jake Walker made my home buying experience a complete pleasure right from day one until my closing documents were signed. They all deserve a BIG thank you from this Disabled Army Veteran's heart for making my dream property a reality!!!
Bought the first house I saw. I loved it. It was perfect and the whole time I was worried it was too good to be true-but it happened. I am home, in MY HOME! Veteran's United made it so easy, agent to inspection to offer and SOLD. These guys are fantastic!
Now if only the neighbor's dogs would stop barking at me all night...

No issues. They made it pretty easy for me.
As a first time homebuyer I couldn’t have done it without the Veterans United team and real estate agent. Start to finish I was kept informed and educated about the home buying process. The experience overall was smoother and quicker than I ever could have imagined.
Great group of people
Betsy Travis seemed a little incompetent. She asked for the same documents that we had already sent to Alice time and time again. Would request documents at 1:30 pm and then get off at work at 2:30 pm. This seemed like a process that could greatly be improved.
