Other institutions wouldn’t waste the time talking with us while Veterans United helped us understand our credit score, make necessary changes to improve our score significantly, and get approved for our dream house. Meanwhile other institutions that had turned us down previously came out of the woodworks to work with us only after Veterans United had helped us get to a point where we were eligible in the first place. Maybe I could have found more favorable loan terms elsewhere but I didn’t bother entertaining other options because of the excellent team at Veterans United that made me feel like my family’s best interests was the top priority from start to finish.
