Fantastic service throughout and by far the easiest experience I've ever had in any of the homes I've purchased. The loan team was great, friendly, and helpful the entire time. The checklist and to do process online was very streamlined to ensure we stayed on the right track. Even the smaller gestures like the closing gift for the kids was a nice touch that makes us as customers feel appreciated.

Overall this was a great experience! They even sent a care package that included dog treats, toys AND treats for my Bearded Dragon!

Using the VA home loan was great, especially through out the buying process I was called and notified often and if I ever had questions it wouldn’t take long to get an answer that same day. I am glad I decided on using the VA home loan.

My experience with Veterans United was the easiest and less burden I have experienced. Everyone provided EXCELLENT customer service. I will refer all my friends who want to buy a a home to Veterans United. They put me at ease and I enjoyed the ride!!!

I didn’t have issues with Hayden but I think the underwriters dropped the ball. 8 days prior to closing, I requested to move the closing date up 24hrs. We were good to go. 48 hours prior to closing, underwriters decided a signed doc was not good enough. In the end, I had to pay for an extra night in a hotel and a babysitter for an additional 24 hrs. The document the underwriters had for 5 weeks. No need to have waited until the end to have us resign the doc. Hayden was transparent but someone dropped the ball.
