Overall good experience. Buying a house is a stressful experience. I would recommend working only with 1 or 2 agents at the most. To many and not always on the same page. Danny and Shawna were great to work with.
Wes reached out to me and also Dika I shared with them I was homeless 3 years ago when I was over come with addiction and I overcame that addiction and got clean 3 years ago but besides that Wes and Dika really listened to me and did not just look at me as a number but they cared and looked at me as a human and really cared. Devon saved the day when NFCU completely dropped the ball. I would have lost the cabin as financing would not have been acquired in time if I stayed with NfCU. So glad I jumped ship…pun intended
From start to finish, my VU team was by my side and guiding me through the home buying process, expertly coordinating across state lines with the local realtor. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, in terms I could understand, and I was kept informed of all changes or adjustments along the way. 10/10 recommend!
Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! This was my first home buying experience, so I really would not know any better. However, I didn't have any headaches, worries or misunderstandings at all. If I asked a question, it was answered, if it didn't makes sense to me, it was properly explained. So I'd Veterans United has been great with my experience.
Shannon and Mason were amazing to work with and despite all the issues with working with the VA both kept me and my family focused on getting the house and working all avenues while having multiple backup plans.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes.
