Veterans United was a great team to work with. This was my second time buying a house, and I had worked with a few different lenders in my past. Veterans United has developed a one-stop shop for veterans to buy a house. They removed all the guesswork from finding a lender, a real estate agent, and everyone else involved in the home-buying process. Furthermore, the approval and closing process was significantly faster than with other lenders I had worked with in the past, all of whom were on their secure website. I recommend Veterans United to all veterans considering buying a house. I will absolutely use them again when I buy another house.

Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real.
