Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Mike is the best. He went above and beyond to make it happen quickly and correctly.
My loan officer Ben Choi did not communicate well. Went on vacation/leave and put someone in his place that wasn’t licensed, and could not answer questions. Mason Radcliffe was terrible as well. All over the place. Had to beg to receive phone calls from both. Didn’t give me the correct cash to close until signing day, and even then it was still wrong. They ruined my first home buying experience.
