I would recommend VU to anybody that can use them. I made the mistake of buying my last house with a different lender instead of using VU again and I instantly regretted it. Kris and Greg and the rest of the time kept in constant communication with updates and immediate responses. I was never in the dark and they answered all my questions even if they seemed silly to me. I have nothing but good things to say.
Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! I followed them and was prepared for things coming up. I could play them over and over till my 64 yr brain absorbed the lessons
