Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! John, Rachel, and Nicole were once again outstanding every step of the way for me! Rachel and I had a lot of communication back and forth with a few strange hiccups, questions and hurdles, but the entire time I felt taken care of and part of the process in a very positive way. They all did such an excellent job with my entire loan. This is my second loan through Veterans United, and luckily the second time with this team. It was really nice to have had them remember me and my family from several years ago. I will be back again in another several years I'm sure!
