Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Seriously guys thank you so so much its the best feeling in the world to know I have a home for my beautiful family and it wouldn't been possible with out yal . I highly recommend each team member ! This is my first time working with Abigail and my second time working with Matt. When Matt reaches out to you, it’s not just as a provider/client relationship. He truly cares about what you’re going through in life and adjust it to help you to the best of his ability figure out a way to afford the house that you want to get into. Abigail was always timely in her responses and very easy to contact. She was a very nice individual every time that I communicated with her.I know there’s other options out there, but I will always go back to veterans United as long as Matt is still working there. And now I have a strong second reason to go back with Abigail.

Most of the experience was great, however when it came to crunch time to get a clear to close, it seemed as if there were items that were brought up that were either already addressed or at the very least should have been addressed well in advance.Our team lead, Tim Tallis was exceptional.

Everyone seemed to know what they needed to do to help, but I’m still confused as to who was doing what. I was consistently getting calls and messages from different people all doing different things so it’s hard to say what was actually needed and what wasn’t. There were times when my questions were going to the wrong person because I just didn’t understand what was going on.
The overall performance of the team was outstanding. The only issue I had was having to submit the same documents multiple times in order to proceed.
Everything Veterans United did was great! Always answered, always replied. Made everything smooth.
I truly can't thank the team enough for helping me get my first home! They made this experience so much easier and I was never scared to call and ask a stupid question- Because I did many times.
