I loved working with My Vu and miss the former team who responded to every question quickly and efficiently. Drew does not communicate well. He did not respond with messages and frequently just sent more documents rather than explain. Often no response or 3 or 4 days go by without an answer. I understand once the paperwork is signed and the loan is finished we are to be forgotten. I just wanted more. Thank you. Especially Meghan she went above and beyond to help me.

I've heard both positives and negatives about Veterans United... but my experience was great. Nina is awesome!I've purchased 4 homes and refinanced numerous times - all with different lenders - and VU was an exceptionally easy experience.Both Ashley and Nina were proactive, communicative, and professional.
Steve and the team did a great job, communicated every step of the way and openly gave me information that would help my process.
Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Seriously guys thank you so so much its the best feeling in the world to know I have a home for my beautiful family and it wouldn't been possible with out yal . I highly recommend each team member ! I think veterans united should give each member a raise and a bonus !

Ross is by far the most gentle and understanding individual! The closing for my property that I sold, took what felt like an eternity. Ross took the time to walk me through everything he could. His reassurance about my loan with VU was far superior than I could have hoped for. Outstanding individual!
